MANUAL THERAPY / REHABILITATION
Following any injury, no matter how small or significant, rehabilitation can be a vital part of the recovery process. Not only will it improve your movement, muscle strength, and body awareness physically, but it will also boost your confidence, attitude, and self-belief psychologically as you regain your ability to perform simple chores painlessly.

From the beginning of your journey to the end, a bespoke organised rehabilitation programme will see you through. We design rehabilitation programmes for various types of injuries, including everyday and occupational injuries, as well as sports-related injuries.

What is Manual Therapy?
Manual therapy is a technique in which the therapist either manipulates or mobilises the bodily tissues using their hands.
This may be useful to:

-
Reduce stiffness and pain
-
Enhance blood circulation
-
Aid in the efficient drainage of fluid
-
Improve mobility
-
Promote relaxation

Manual therapy can be used to address particular disorders like back pain, but it can also be used to treat a variety of other conditions that don't involve the bones, joints, or muscles.
When manual treatment is paired with exercise-based therapy, muscle recovery is faster and more complete than when manual therapy is used alone.

Intensive rehabilitation allows for a speedier recovery and even a faster return to sport/competition.

Exercises that restore range of motion, strength, and proprioception will allow you to resume to your normal activities while also preventing re-injury.
